Sagging hip truss

Initial investigation showed rot and mold growth and confirmed broken truss.

We also found darkened sheathing caused by insufficient attic circulation.

Old plywood soffits were removed.

New perforated soffits were installed to allow for more attic intake.

After removing the shingles we could see how bad the damage was and repair broken trusses and remove dry rot.
